Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout.
    •    Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)
    •    Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)

Please note: During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, etc.), processing times may be slightly longer.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows “delivered,” but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier or your local post office.

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns:
    •    Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
    •    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
    •    Sale items and accessories are final sale and not eligible for return.

To start a return, please email us at shopnuudco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. You’ll receive instructions and a return shipping address.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Store Credit or Even Exchanges:

7 day return window from the delivery date. Returns for an even exchange will incur a $10 return fee with the exception of store credit.  If an exchange item becomes out of stock after submitting your exchange request, you will be notified and automatically refunded to the original payment method.
